Shipping and Returns
UK mainland delivery is free for all orders above £25. For all other orders, UK mainland delivery is charged at a flat rate of £3.99.
If your order is placed before 1pm on Monday - Friday (excluding Bank Holidays) we will endeavour to process your order and despatch it the same day for delivery. Orders placed after 1pm will be processed the following working day. Orders from non-mainland UK addresses will be dispatched on a 2-3 day service.
Please ensure that you provide a valid delivery address and that somebody will be available to receive the parcel from 8am onwards as we are unable to provide specific delivery times. Any incorrect delivery address details will result in delays to your order. If you're unlikely to be at home during those hours, please provide an alternative address or make arrangements for the item(s) to be collected from your local postage depot.
Lost or Damaged Items
In the unlikely event that you do not recieve your item(s), please allow up to 10 working days from your order placement date before contacting us. If your order still has not arrived after this, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org.
If the item(s) you receive are damanged, defective or is are not the item you ordered, please contact us please contact us at email@example.com and we will arrange a replacement or refund.
If you are not satisfied with your purchase and would like to return the goods, please contact us first. If we cannot resolve your issue and still wish to return the items, you will be required to return the item(s) to AbsoRice in original condition within 14 days of purchase for a replacement, exchange or refund.
In the event of this, please contact us on firstname.lastname@example.org for return instructions. Please do not return an item without informing us and please ensure that all returned goods are clearly marked with your name and order details.
If returning an item to us which we are not liable to collect at our cost (for example if you ordered the wrong flavour etc.), we suggest that you retain proof of postage for your own records in the event of the item/s failing to reach us. Please note that we do not issue refunds if the product has been opened. Returned products must meet the following criteria to be eligible for a refund:
1. The item(s) must be in resalable condition, unsoiled and with no damage to the box, seal or label.
2. The item(s) must be unopened.
3. The item(s) must be in the original packaging.
4. The item(s) must be returned within 14 days of purchase.
